心率功率谱分析检测植物神经功能状态

摘要 本工作在APPLE-Ⅱ微机上建立了心率功率谱分析方法,观察了植物神经对心率功率谱各频峰的影响。结果表明:心率功率谱高频峰与迷走神经活动有关,迷走神经紧张性减弱时,高频峰密度降低,心率功率谱低频峰既与迷走神经有关,又与交感神经有关,交感神经紧张性增加时,低频峰密度增加。心率功率谱分析可无创客观定量地检测植物神经功能状态。 The heart rate power spectral analysis method was established at the APPLE-Ⅱmicro-comptiter and the effects of the autonomic tierves on heart rate power spectumwas observed. It was indicated that the high frequency peak was mainly determined by thecardiac vagal nerve and the high frequency peak density(HFPD)was reduced as the cardiacvagal nerveous tonicity was suppressed;the low frequency peak was related to both the car-diac sympatic and the vagal nerves,the raising of the sympathetic nerveous tonicity can in-crease the low frequency peak density (LFPD).It was concluded that the heart rate powerspectral analysis could be a simple and non-invasive prohe for the autonomic nerveous func-tion.
