摘要
在对国内外常用的表皮分离技术进行比较研究的基础上,研制成功由负压式表皮分离器及负压、温度自动控制系统,组成的表皮细胞分离机。该机通过表皮分离器对人体皮肤施以负压和温度双重生物物理效应,使表皮在基底细胞层或棘细胞层呈绒毛状分离,分离层次准确,不伤及真皮细胞,因此不会留疤痕。它可广泛用于治疗各种需要进行表皮细胞移植的疾病,如白疫风治疗中的黑色素细胞移植、烧烫伤表皮移植等,也可用于基础医学研究,如表皮细胞培育研究、建立人体皮肤库等。
Comparing the epidermis separation techniques used in China and othercountries,we invented a epidermis splitter which consists of negative pressure epidermis cellseparator and needful automatic control system. This instrument can made a villors separa-tion on basal-cells iayer or prickle-cells layer by exerting the separator on the skin withdouble biological equilibrium effection of negative pressure and temperature, the separationoccured within the lamina lucida, don’t make scarring without hurting the dermis cell.Itwidely used in treatment many dieases which need epidermis grafting such as leukoderma orthermal burns,it also can be used in preclincal medicine research such as cultivating of epi-dermis cell and establish the storehouse of skin.
