参附青注射液对内毒素休克大鼠肌细胞跨膜电位的影响

EFFECT OF SHEN FU QING INJECTION ON MYOCYTE TRANSMEMBRANE POTENTIAL OF ENDOTOXIN SHOCK IN RATS

用大肠杆菌Ｏ＿（１１１）Ｂ＿４内毒素制成内毒素体克大鼠模型，参附青注射液和生理盐水分别注入两组大鼠体内，用药组和休克组肌细胞跨膜电位分别为－７５．３４±１．９７ｍＶ和－６４．７３±１．９３ｍＶ，两组有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），说明参附青注射液对内毒素休克细胞具有保护作用。

In this experiment, endotoxin of colibacilli O_(111)B_4 made endotoxin shock model in rats. Shen Fu Qing injection and nature saline were injected separately into two groups of rats. MTMP of between medication group and shock group were -75.34±1. 97mV and-64. 73±1.93mV. There were significant difference in two groups(P<0.01), indicating that Shen Fu Qing injection protected cell from endotoxin.
