摘要
本文对黑龙江垦区地表水资源的数量、分布特点进行了分析，并对垦区可利用水量进行了初步探讨。
In this paper, analysis is made for the quantity and distribution characteristic of surface water resources of Heilongjiang reclamation area,and a preliminary estimation of the available water resources is formed.
