胃肠癌肿术后间断全肠外营养对病人营养和免疫恢复促进作用的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:为研究改变输注模式对全肠外营养(TPN)效果的影响。方法:将42例胃肠道癌肿根治术后的病人随机分为间断胃肠外营养和持续胃肠外营养两组,病人接受营养物质种类和数量相同。结果:间断组显著提高正氮平衡,输注后胰岛素含量明显高于持续组,休息3h后,胰岛素含量降至输注前水平,同时氨基酸的含量也增高,血浆蛋白与免疫指标亦均比持续组增高明显。结论:间断输注组模式符合人体的自身节律。 Objectives:To investigate whether the effects of TPN are influenced by the infusion methods. Methods:Forty two patients who underwent radical operation of gastrointestinal carcinoma were divided into two groups in random:intermittent total parenteral nutrition group and constant total parenteral nutrition group,and received the same kinds and quantity of nutritional substance. Results:Intermittent group increased the positive nitrogen balance obviously,there was higher insulin level in intermittent group than in constant group through insulin assay,insulin level decreased to the level before infusion after 3 hours rest. Conclusions:There was higher level of plasma albumin and immunological index in intermittent group than in constant group.Intermittent infusion imitated human body rhythm,so hormones secretion and metabolism were similar to normal meal feeding.
