摘要
用临床营养主观评价方法(病史询问和体检)对87例老年护理病人进行营养定级,探索此方法的可行性.评价结果经Kappa统计有高度的重复一致率(P<0.001).定级结果与客观指标(如白蛋白、转铁蛋白等)高度相关,等级间客观指标差异明显.经6个月随访,等级间死亡率差异显著(P<O.05).
The reproducibility and validity of subjective global assessment (SGA) of nutritional status were tested in 87 cases. SGA from 2 clinical examiners showed high interobserver reproducibility by Kappa test( P <0. 001). High correlation coincidence( P <0.01) was obtained as SGA compared with objective indices, e. g. serum albumin, transferrin etc. The differences of values of objective indices and the mortalities for the six months follow-up period among three nutritional grades were distinguishable statistically. It was suggested that SGA should be a practicable method in clinical use for its simplicity and fessibility.
