手术前后微量元素平衡观察及其影响因素相关性分析

The preoperative and postoperative Zinc, Copper and Iron level of serum among paediatric patients

报告用原子吸收光谱法对42例患儿手术前后微量元素铜、铁、锌含量的检测结果,并分析了微量元素铜、铁、锌含量与年龄、手术大小、手术时间、术中输血的相关关系,提示不同因素对小儿术后微量元素含量有一定的影响。

The properative and postoperative Zinc , Copper and Irom level of serum in 42 cases of padeiatric patients were investigatied and compared with the control group. The correlation between the content of these trace elements and age, operation scale, blood transfusion during operation were analysed by using multiple degression. The results shows that Zinc, Iron and Zinc ratio of Copper to Zine decreas after the operation. There was certain influence of the various factors on the trace ele-ment in post operative paediatric patients.
