摘要
本论文提出了一种新型的半导体激光能动干涉仪,对它的工作原理进行了阐述.这种干涉仪的特点是具有非常强的抗外界干扰能力,即使不使用防振台在机械性噪音较严重的普通环境情况下,也能正常观测干涉图样.论文还给出了实验测试结果.
A new type of active interferometer by using laser diode is suggested, operation principle is described. The character of the interferometer is that the ability of the anti-disturbance is very stong,therefore,the interferometer can be used in mechanically noisy circustances without using a bulk high performance and expensive optical bench. The experi mental results also be given.
