蛋白质剪接与一类新的可移动遗传因子 被引量:1

摘要 遗传信息的流向是从DNA到RNA再到蛋白质。由于绝大多数真核生物和部分原核生物基因中都有间插序列(IVS),故遗传信息在mRNA水平有一个剪接过程,即去掉内含子,将外显子连接起来,并加帽加尾(有些mRNA还得经过编辑过程),最后成为一个有功能的mRNA分子。 最近陆续发现了一类剪接现象——蛋白质剪接。
