玻璃配合料熔化过程的计算机模拟

摘要 玻璃配合料的熔化过程是一种宏观上稳态的、微观上非稳态的连续过程。本文在一定的假设条件下,建立了配合料熔化过程的数学模型,并用计算机作了大量模拟计算。通过模拟,分析了火焰空间温度分布、喂料速度、配合料层厚度等因素对熔化过程及温度分布的影响。模拟结果从理论上证实,薄层快速喂料能加速配合料的熔化、节约能耗、缩短熔化区长度。 The melting process of glass batch is a steady state process from a macroscopic viewpoint, but is an unsteady state one from a microscopic viewpoint.Under certain assumptions, the mathematical model of batch melting is constructed in the paper. A lot of simulation computations have been performed to show the effects of batch feeding rates and the thickness of batch layers and the temperature distributions in combustion space on the melting process and on the temperature distributions in batch and molten glass. The results have shown theoretically that the thinner and faster batch feeding will speed the batch melting process, save energy consumption and shorten the melting zone length of glass melting tanks.
