慢性酒精中毒病人血清T3、T4、TSH水平的观察

Observations on Seurm Levels of T3,T4 and TSH in Patients with Chronic Alcoholism

对２０例酒中毒病人进行血清Ｔ３、Ｔ４及ＴＳＨ水平测定。结果发现酒中毒病人的血清Ｔ３、Ｔ４均值显著低于对照组，血清ＴＳＨ均值与对照无显著性差异。提示酒中毒病人Ｔ３、Ｔ４水平的变化可能与５＇脱碘酶活性降低有关。

erum T3, T4 and TSH levels of 20 patientswith chronic alcoholism were determined. The re-sults showed that the serum T3 and T4 levels ofthe patient group were markedly lower than thoseof the control group. There was no significantdifference in serum TSH levels between the twogroupe. It suggested that decrease of serum T3 andT4 levels in patients with chronic alcoholism wereassociated with the deficiencv of 5'-deiedideaseactivity.
