精神分裂症患者血浆和脑脊液血管活性肠肽含量的变化

The Changes of Amount of VIP inSchizophrenic Patients'Plasma and CSF

应用放射免疫分析法，对精神分裂症患者３６例脑脊髓液（ＣＳＦ）和２５例血浆中血管活性肠肽（ＶＩＰ）含量的变化进行了观察。结果表明精神分裂症患者ＣＳＦ中ＶＩＰ含量明显低于对照组，病程在１年以内和１年以上两组ＶＩＰ含量无显著性差异，患者血浆和ＣＳＦ中ＶＩＰ含量相关不显著。
