According to that higher humidity is needed in hemp textile production,the chaiacteristics of sectional air conditioning system with bottom-income and top-outcome air circulation are shown from the analysis and comparison between the new sectional air conditioning and the traditional top-income and bottom-outcome overall air conditioning.Also the energy—sacing effect,applicahility and bottom-outcome overall air conditioning,that should be noted are described.
