摘要
本文比较了成衣染色和常规染色的特点,指出成衣染色的交货时间短,更能适应当今“迷你季节”化的服装市场,分析、综述了以活性染料、直接染料和硫化染料的成衣染色性能,提出可用染后漂白、射频和真空技术相结合的服装烘干技术做为成衣染色的新工艺.
The characteristics of garment dyeing and conventional dyeing are compared in this paper.Garment dyeing could meet the“miniscason”apparel market better because of the shorter lead time.The paper analyzes and reviews the preporties of gasment dyeing with reactive dyes,disect dyes and sulfur dyes.It suggestes that using radio frequence and vacu- em simultaneously and postbleaching is a new process for garment dyeing.
