摘要
用7个同核异质不育系及相应的保持系,与两个恢复系杂交得 aF_1、bF_1,采用随机区组设计种植,考查了10个农艺性状,并进行抗稻瘟病鉴定。结果表明,同核异质组合间,在一些性状上,差异达显著或极显著,各(aF_1-bF_1)值,在一些性状上,差异也达显著或极显著,而且其大小和方向(正或负)受核质互作的影响。因此认为,所谓不育系胞质效应,多数是一种核质互作的遗传现象。不同胞质对稻瘟病的抗性存在一定差异。
Seven homonucleus-alloplasmic male sterile lines and relative maintainer line were crossed with two restorer lines respectively.Then aF_1 and bF_1 were obtained.Ten agricultural characters and resistance to rice blast di- sease were studied with aft and bF_1 which grew in the field by randomized complete block design.The results indicated that there was a significant or very significant difference among the combinations of homonueleus-alloplasm in some characters.The difference of values of(aF_1-bF_1)was significant or very significant in some characters,and the quantity and direction (positive or negative)of these values were affected by nucleus-cytoplasm interaction So,regard that the effect of male sterility cytoplasm most belongs to effect of nucleus-cytoplasm interaction.The resistance to rice blast disease was affected by cytoplasm in the same nucleus background.
