摘要
采用气相色谱法,得出在10分钟内完全分离5种有机磷农药(甲胺磷、马拉硫磷、乐果、乙硫磷、水胺硫磷)的最佳色谱条件。在该色谱条件下,相邻峰的分离度 R1/2≥1.5,精度好,标准偏差在0·019~0.058之间,最小检测量在0.08~0.40ng 之间。
The paper reports the best chromatographic condition for completely seperating five different organic phosphate pesticides(methamidophos, malathion,dimethoate,ethion and isocarbophos)within ten minutes by the method of three-factor-and-three-level orthogonal design test.In this chroma- tographic condition,the resolution of adjacent peak can reach no less than 1.5(R_(1/2)≥1.5);accuracy is fine;standard error is between 0.019~0.058; the least quantity of detection is between 0.08~0.40ng.
