摘要
本文对在棉纺设备上纺次级兔毛的工艺作了探讨,采用了一种和毛油,大大增加了纤维之间的抱合力,并在环锭纺纱机上纺制了18Tex纯兔毛纱. 本文还对在环锭细纱机上纺制兔毛包芯纱(以涤沦长丝)作了初步尝试,在气流纺纱机上纺成的纯兔毛纱具有很好的均匀度.但纱支难以提高. 另外,通过对兔毛织物的各种性能的测试,发现兔毛织物具有优秀的舒适性能,如保暖性、吸湿透气性以及光滑性等.
The cotton spinning system has been used to make pure rabbit hair yarn. A type of oil has been used to increase the inter-fibre cohesion. The highest count spun on ring spinning frame is 18 tex. Spinning core spun yarn with pure rabbit hair is tried. This kind of yarn has the advantage of lower price and the pure rabbit hair appearance. Another yarn spun on rotor spinning fram has good uniformity but not suitable for high count. the fabric of rabbit hair has excellent properties such as wormth retention, moisture pick-up and permea bility and smoth-touch.
