摘要
作为新型的上浆工序,利用水溶性PVA长丝,将经纱通过水溶性PVA长丝的卷装中心,在水溶性长丝退绕过程中,PVA长丝包绕在经纱上,利用该合捻纱,通过上浆罗拉上浆的方法.对获得的浆纱,通过耐摩性、浸透度的测试作出评价,表明此方法的可行性,为简化上浆工序,降低成本提供了依据.
A new sizing method is stried with water-souble PVA filaments. In this method a warp yarn is passed through the hole of the bobbin winded PVA filaments, therefore the PVA filaments unwinding from the bobbin wrap around the warp yarn. The warp is then passed between two rollers coated with warm water in ofder to completesizing. The warp yarn obtained by the method is evaluated by means of an obrasion resistance and an osmotic ralio. this novel process has the potential of reducing the cost of sizing.
