温热对小白鼠精子穿透能力的影响

摘要 本文选用15组(每组3~4只)健康的成年雄性小白鼠,从附睾尾和输精管中取出精子,分别在37℃、40℃、43℃温育3小时后,进行体外受精,测定精子穿透率,分别为54.1%、56.2%和46.4%,对照组与温热组穿透率差异无统计学意义。从而进一步说明小白鼠精子对温热不敏感。 Fifteen groups of adult male mice(3 to 4 for each group) were used for the exper- iment. The spermatozoa taken from the epididymis and ductus deferens of the mice were incubated at 37℃, 40℃, or 43℃ for 3 hours, and then in vitro fertilization was tested. The average penetrating rates of the spermatozoa was 54.1%, 56.2% and 46.4% respectively. There is no statistical significance between the penetrating rates of the treated and control (37℃) groups. The results indicate that the spermatozoa of the mice are not sensitive to warmth.
