多菌型麻风联合化疗后的病理组织学观察

Histopathological Changes in the Skin of MB Leprosy after MDT

本文对30例经MDT方案治疗3年的多菌型麻风患者,连续进行了5年病理组织学观察。发现在沼疗期间和停药后,BIG、GF及HI均稳定下降,其中BIG下降较明显。疗后第5年BIG阴转19例,泡沫细胞肉芽肿消退11例。

The authors report pathologic changes in the skin of thirty multibacillary leprosy patients who have taken MDT for five years. They found that the BIG, GF and HI steadily declined during and after treatment. The greatest decrease was evident, in the fifth year after treatment. The BIG of nineteen cases was negative and the foamy cell granuloma resolved in elevencases.
