摘要
凤眼莲[Eichhornia crassipes(Mart.)Solms]大孢子母细胞减数分裂正常,核仁至终变期未消失;染色体小;减数分裂的第二次分裂合点端与珠孔端的二分体细胞不同步,前者先于后者;四分体有 T 形和直列形两种,以 T 形为多。
The meiosis of the megasporocyte of Eichhornia crassipes(Mart.)Solms was normal and nucleolus did not disappear in diakinesis.During the meiosis—second division,the division of the dyad cell did not synchronize, the dyad cell at chalaza extreme was earlierthan the one at micropyle extreme.There were T-shaped tetrad and straight shape tetrad different ovules of the same ovary,but the T-shaped were more.
