摘要
本文报告了10例慢粒单白血病,并提出CMML可分为不典型CML伴单核细胞增多与RAEB或RA伴单核细胞增多两种类型。
In this paper. We reported 10 patients with CMML. These patients could be classified as atypiecal CML with monocytosis and RA or RAEB with monocytosis.
