摘要 本课题的主要内容是用锆、铝无机盐做主要鞣剂,以猪皮白色软鞋面革为对象,研究了锆—铝结合鞣法,针对产品的要求和鞣剂的性能,开展整体工艺的研究。以工艺平衡为重点,以产品质量为目标,优选出灰碱脱毛—→片硝皮—→锆铝结合鞣—→铬复鞣—→中和加脂—→干燥整饰的工艺路线。产品主要理化指标和观感质量可以达到铬鞣同类产品水平,白革色度优于铬鞣革。在生产工艺中,基本消除了铬对环境的污染,同时还充分利用我国丰富的锆铝资源,缓解了铬资源贫泛问题。 In this passage, a combined tanning process with zirconium and Aluminum salt was studied for producing white pigskin soft upper leather. In view of the product requiremenfs and tanniy performance, an essential process as studied. To take the processing ballance as a key, the prodact quality as an aim the technological process is made: Unhairing with Hydrated lime and sodium Sulfide-Treating With Sodium Sulphate-Splitting-Comfined tanning with Zr iconum and Aluminum Salts--Chrom retanning--Fatliquoring- Drying-- Finishing. The physical and chemical index and outlook of this leather could be the same as chrom tannied Leather, but the hazen colour value of white leather is better than that of chrom tannied leather. In the production process, the problem of polluting enviroment by Cr^3 will be solued together with the problem of lack of chrom resource in china.
