摘要
本文对轻工发酵专业用《生化》教材的成功方面进行了评论,对书中存在的一些概念性问题作了简要的讨论,对教材修订提出了几点想法。
The success of Biochemistry textbook for Light lndustry & Fermentation speci- ality has been reviewed. A brief discnssion on some problems about principles exi- sting in the book has been made. Several suggestions are proposed for the impro- ving of the textbook.
