摘要
本文用双硫腙比色法,以72—1型分光光度计测定了32例正常儿童头发中锌的含量。其结果为111.9~114.5ppm。并用原子吸收分光光度法进行抽样比较,结果非常接近。可见采用此法开展儿童发锌含量的测定工作是可行的。
The author describes here the use colorumeter with dithizone method through model 72-1 spectrophotometer to detect the amount of zinc in 32 cases of children's hair. The result is 111.9—114.5ppm, which is very similar to that of random samples by using atomic-absorption spectrophotometer. Thus, this experiment may be of considerable value in detecting the amount of zinc in children's hair.
