摘要
在PH9.4的硼砂缓冲液介质中,CU(Ⅱ)与NPTSQ-吐温-80形成红紫色络合物,λmax=605nm,ε=4.8×10~4,0-25μg/25ml符合比尔定律,Cu(Ⅱ):NPTSQ=1:1 .灵敏度和选择性较好,用于环境样品中微量铜(Ⅱ)的测定,结果满意。
It is reported that Copper(Ⅱ ) with 5-(4-Nitrophenylazo)-8-(p-toluenesulfonamido) quinoline(NPTAQ) form a red-violet complex in the presence of tween-80 and PH9.4 Borax Solution me-dium.Maximum absorbance of the complex is at 605nm with molar absorptivity 4.8 × 104L/ mol · em.The complex ratio is 1 : 1 .Beer's law is abayed over the Concentration Range 0-25μg / 25ml · Good results are oltincd with the method to determine the Micro-amount Cop- per(Ⅱ) of environmental samples.
