摘要 生长分化因子-15是转化生长因子-超家族的成员之一。既往研究表明,生长分化因子-15主要参与调节多器官生长、分化及组织修复等生物学过程。近年研究发现生长分化因子-15水平增高与急性冠脉综合征、心力衰竭等心血管疾病相关,并可能发挥保护性作用。 Growth differentiation factor-15 is a member of the transforming growth factor-superfamily. It was originally identified as molecule important for regulating development, differentiation,and tissue repair in various organs. Recently, it was demonstrated that growth differentiation factor-15 levels are elevated and associated with cardiovascular disease. It was indicated that growth differentiation factor-15 is a promising cardioprotective agent against acute coronary syndrome and heart failure.
