摘要 结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)是一种促成纤维细胞分裂和胶原沉积的细胞因子,已被诸多研究证实与多种器官纤维化的发生发展关系密切。多个研究发现,在鼠的心肌梗死模型CTGF与心肌梗死后心肌纤维化密切相关。而心房纤维化为心房颤动发生发展的重要病理基础,提示CTGF在心房纤维化中可能有重要作用并可成为抗纤维化治疗的重要靶点。 Connective tissue growth factor (CTCF) is a factor eontributecl collagen fiber cell division and deposition of oytokines. It has been confirmed to be related with the development of multiple organ fibrosis closely. Studies manifested that CTGF was associated with myocardial fibrosis in the rat model of myocardial infarction. It is known that atrial fibrosis is an important pathology basis of the development of atrial fibrillation. So, it suggests that CTGF may have an important role in atrial fibrosis and will become an important target of anti-fibrosis treatment.
