白介素-10在粥样斑块形成机制中的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 动脉粥样硬化是主动的炎症过程而不是单纯的脂质被动浸润过程。近年来大量研究证实炎症反应在动脉粥样硬化的发生发展及其并发症的发生中起决定性作用。炎症介质白介素对慢性血管炎症有重要影响,其中白介素-10在粥样硬化病变形成和稳定方面发挥重要功能,是动脉粥样硬化的保护因子。现拟对粥样斑块的形成机制及白介素-10在动脉粥样硬化中的作用做一综述。 Atherosclerosis (AS) is the initiative inflammatory process rather than simply the passive lipid infiltration process. Recently, numerous studies confirm that the inflammatory response play a decisive role in the developments and complications of AS. Interleukins are inflammatory mediators ,which have an important influence on the chronic vascular inflammation, interleukin(IL)-10 plays an important role in the formation and stability of atheroselerosis, and it is a protecting factor. This paper reviewed the mechanism of atheromatous plaque formation and the role of IL-10 in the development of atherosclerosis.
