异常血红蛋白的研究

THE STUDIES ON ABNORMAL HUMAN HEMOGLOBINS

作者对普查出的异常血红蛋白进行了异丙醇和享氏小体生成率实验,抗碱血红蛋白和H包涵体测定及酸洗脱实验。结果均在正常范围,表明这些异常血红蛋白较为稳定,并排除了地中海贫血的可能。同时还进行了异常血红蛋白含量测定及肽链的柱层析解离,结果证明为β链异常。

The abnormal hemoglobins found in screening were studied with the methods of iso-propand test, Heinz boby formation test, anti-alkaline hemoglobin determination, inclusion body test and acid elutiontest. The results were in the normal range. This indicates that these abnormal hemoglobins are rather stable, and the possibility of the Mediterranean anemia is also excluded. The abnormal hemoglobin content determination and chromatographic separation of globin chains were performed, too. The resutls show β chain is abnormal.
