摘要
脊髓腰段微量注射和微电泳辣根过氧化酶(HRP)研究都证明,下丘脑室旁核(PVH)与脊髓有直接的纤维联系。PVH—脊髓投射纤维可发自PVH的大细胞区和小细胞区的各部,以背侧、外侧和内侧小细胞部为主。腰髓背角电泳导入HRP的动物,仅在PVH的小细胞区找到标记细胞,以外侧小细胞部为主。PVH至脊髓背角的这种定位投射说明,PVH可能参与脊髓背角神经元对躯体传入信息的初级调制作用。
The results demonstrate that there is a direct fibre connection between paraventricular nucleus of the hypothalamus (PVH) and spinal cord after HRP injection and microiontophoresis in the lumbar segment of the cord. The neurons in the PVH that project to the spinal cord are concentrated in the dorsal, lateral and medial parts of the parvicellular divisions, although labeled neurons are also found in all other parts of magnocellular and parvicellular divisions, After HRP microiontophoresis in dorsal horn of the lumbar cord the labeled neurons are only found in the parvicellular divisions, particularly in the lateral part. It is possible that the localized projections from PVH to spinal dorsal horn modulate the processing of somatic informations in the dorsal horn.
