摘要
3—羟基异噻唑酮盐酸盐杀菌剂对大白鼠亚急性实验,结果表明:动物生长发育、血红蛋白、肝肾重量及肾组织等无明显异常。但高剂量(21.1mg/kg)引起白细胞计数升高和肝组织损害。推测该杀菌剂可能对人体有害,应加强防护措施,且不宜用于食品和医药中。
The subacute toxical experiment of 3—hydyoxyisothiazolehydrochloride fungicide in big white mice was done. The result showed that the fungicide did not cause obvious anomaly in animal growing, HB, weight of liver and kidney tissue. But big dosage (21.1mg/kg) resulted in WBC count rising and harmed to liver tissue. It is supposed that the fungicide may cause human harm. So the protective measures should be taken and the fungicide should not be used to food and medicine.
