月见草油对脑梗塞患者血清脂蛋白及载脂蛋白A-I、B水平的影响

THE EFFECT OF EVENING PTIMROSE OIL ON THE LEVELS OF PLASMALIPOPROTEINS AND APOLIPOPROTEIN A—I, B IN CEREBRAL INFARCTION

本文报告59例脑梗塞患者治疗前后血清脂质、脂蛋白及载脂蛋白水平的变化。其中月见草油组(32例)接受月见草油及常规药(低分子右旋糖酐、脑复康、维生素E);对照组(27例)仅应用上述常规药。治疗1月后月见草油组HDL-C、HDL_2-C、ApoA-I水平及Apo-I/ApoB比值较治疗前显著升高(P<0.001),TG、LDL-C水平及LDL-C/HDL—C、T-C/HDL—C比率较治疗前显著降低(P<0.001),T-C、ApoB水平无明显改变(P>0.05)。对照组治疗前后各项指标无显著变化(P>0.05)。

A compared study was done on the change of the levels of lipoproteins and apolipoproteins in 59 patients with cerebral infarction treated with different drugs. In the group of evening primrose oil(EPO), 32 cases were treated with EPO and common drugs (low molecular dextran. Piracetam, Vitmine E). In the group of control, 27 cases were treated only with the same common drugs for a month. The result showed that the levels of plasma HDL—C, HDL2—C and ApoA—I, and the ratio of ApoA—I/ApoB were elevated significantly(P<0.001), the levels of plasma TG and LDL—C, and the ratio of LDL—C/HDL—C and T—C/HDL—C decreased significantly (P<0.001)in EPO group. But in the control group every item measured was not changed (P>0.05)
