摘要
观察大鼠肝切除术(66%)后1、3、5、10、20天血浆氨基酸谱和肝重变化。结果显示:1、术后第1、3天时血浆多种氨基酸浓度升高,以NEAA和AAA最明显,B/A值降低,第10天时氨基酸浓度下降,以EAA最明显;术后第1~10天BCAA持续降低,第20天恢复到术前水平。表明肝切除早期机体对多种氨基酸代谢障碍,后期对氨基酸的利用、需求增加,尤其是BCAA,适当补充对机体十分有利。2、肝切除术后肝重变化与血浆B/A和E/N比值变化呈正相关,与TAA、AAA、NEAA变化呈负相关,提示检测血浆氨基酸谱变化可作为观察肝切除术后肝再生状况的指标。
The changes in plasma amine acid pattern and weight of moist liver have been observed on the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 10th and 20th day following hepatectomy (66%)and laparotomy in rats. Following results have been discovered: I. On the Ist, 3rd day after hepatcctomy,the concentrations of many kinds of amino acid, in particular AAA and NEAA, were significantly elevated as compared with unoperated rats, but B/A ratio remarkably decreased at the same time. On the loth day after hepatectomy, the amino acid concentrations, in especial EAA, declined significantly. BCAA concentration decreased markedly from the lst to the 10th day after hepatoctomy,and rose to normal level by the 20th day after hepatectomy. It is suggested that many kinds of amino acid can not be completely metabolized in the earlier period after hepatectomy, but in the latter phase, the use and need for amino acid, in particular BCAA, increased, 2. The alteration of weight of moist liver has positive correlation with the changes in B/A, E/N ratio,and negative correlation with the changes in AAA, TAA, NEAA concentrations. It is indicated that to observe the plasma amino acid pattern can find out regeneration state of remained liver following hepatectomy.
