摘要
对28例化脓性关节炎采取双管灌洗引流,取得良好效果。本文就双管灌洗引流维护关节功能的作用机理、方法和采用特制关节穿刺活检针置管进行了讨论。
28 cases of pyogenic arthritis by double-tube draining were Investigated. The function of the joint are satisfactory. In this article, we describe and discussed on tile technique mechanism, and the use of special bone and joint puncture-biopsy needle for intubating and pouring the liquid into joint.
