正位尿道口、阴茎头成形术治疗尿道下裂

MAGPI REPAIR OF HYPOSPADIAS WITH BLADDER MUCOSA FLAP

本文介绍正位尿道口、阴茎头成形术治疗先天性尿道下裂12例经验。应用膀胱粘膜尿道成形一期手术。全部病人尿道口均修复至阴茎头正常位置,发生尿道外口狭窄和冠状沟处尿道瘘各1例。10/12例阴茎头形状明显改观。认为该手术简便、符合解剖学原理、并发症少、效果良好,适用于各型尿道下裂,尤其是阴茎头发育不良的病人。

MAGPI one stage repair of various types of hypospadias with bladder mucosa flap have been performed on 12 eases since May 1986. All of them have got a normally located urethral opening. The shapes of glans of 10 cases are normal. Two cases have complications, including one case of meatal stricture and one case of fistulae The ope- ration technique and merits are presented and dlscussed.
