复发性口腔溃疡的免疫学研究

AN IMMUNOLOGICAL STUDY IN PATIENTS WITH RECUR RENT APHTHAE ULCER

本文采用单向琼脂扩散试验(SRTD)血循环免疫复合物测定法(CiC)及淋巴细胞转化试验(LTT)对50例复发性口腔溃疡患者及50例正常人进行了系列免疫指标测定.实验结果表明患病组TgG、TgA、IgM、C_3及LTR明显降低,而CIC含量显著升高,与对照组相比(P<0.01),有非常显著的差异。由此表明复发性口腔溃疡可能为自身免疫性疾病。

In this paper, we have determined series immune index of 50 patients with Aphthae ulcer (RAU) and 50 normal persons, using SRID, CIC and LTT. LTR_(?)Ig and C_3 of patients with RAU remarkably decreased,CIC increased obviously. Compared with the controlled group, there was remarkable difference(P<0.01). The results show that RAU may be a self-immunity disease.
