摘要
CAD建模、与CAE接口及前处理过程中网格剖分处理等技术是工程分析的基础。本文通过攻克某缸盖铸件的建模技术、解决与CAE的接口难题、并改善CAE的前处理,建立了针对铸造CAE的热分析模型和CAD/CAE集成数字化平台。该技术解决了当前大型复杂试制件在CAE热分析过程中,普遍存在的周期长、问题多等难题,对传统铸造产业的提升具有积极意义。
The techniques of CAD modeling, interface with CAE and mesh treating in fore-treatment are based of engineering analysis. By breaking through the techniques of head model, solving the interface with CAE and improving the mesh treating in fore treatment to a type of cylinder head casting were appeared, and,numeralization fiat to hot analysis of casting CAE of model and integration of CAD/CAE were founded. The technology solve the problems of period longer and matters more to trial-manufacture casting of larger and complex in the process of hot analysis. It has signification in advancing casting industrial of tradition.
