Research on Coating Process for Cold-mould of Centrifugal Casting Cast Iron Roller

通过对不同的离心铸造铸铁轧辊冷型涂料涂敷工艺分析比较,得出了最佳的涂料涂敷方法。试验中分别在不同的冷型转速和预热温度下,使用多种涂敷方法涂敷离心铸铁轧辊冷型涂料,通过分析比较,得出最佳的涂料涂敷工艺。

The coating process for cold-mould of centrifugal casting cast iron roller was studied. In the experimentation, the different method of dope coating were used under the different rotate speed of cold-mould and warm-up temperature. The best method of dope coating was found.
