摘要
基于热力耦合模型,采用刚塑性有限元软件,对7075铝合金枪械击发机座的模锻过程进行了数值模拟,讨论了主要工艺参数对成形过程的影响,并拟定出其模锻工艺参数为:始锻温度420℃,变形速度20mm/s。
Based on thermal-coupled model, numerical simulation of die forging process of 7075 Al-alloy fire base was performed by rigid-plasticity finite element software. The influence of main technique parameters in the forming process was discussed and the appropriate before forging temperature of 420℃ and deformation speed of 20 mm/s was determined.
