辣椒的组织培养及其植株再生

On the Organization Nurture of Chillies

本实验利用组织培养方法,以期获得优良复壮、抗逆性增强的植株,降低辣椒的死亡率。选十三种不同激素水平的培养基。其中以MS+5NAA+5IAA较适宜,茎尖在培养基上不经过继代培养就可一次完成成株过程。为了快速繁殖,对辣椒进行切断繁殖的方法也进行了较深入的研究并获成功。

The present experiments have been done by means of organization nurture in order to get fine,strong and healthy plants. Thirteen formulas of different hormones have been chosen of which MS+5NAA + 5IA A is considered the most appropriate. On the nurture base, the stem tops of chillies can complete growing process without nurturing, in order to speed up breeding,the stem tops have been cut off, which has turned out quite successful.
