摘要
在氩气保护下,用FeNiCrSiB非晶箔作为中间层,对T91/102异种钢管进行瞬时液相扩散连接,研究了连接温度对接头组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,在保温时间为4min、压力为2MPa条件下,其最佳连接温度为1250℃。
The T91/102 dissimilar steel pipes were joined by Transient Liquid-phase bonding process using FeNiCrSiB amorphous filler in argon atmosphere. The influence of bonding temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of welded joint was studied when holding time for 4 min, pressure 2 MPa. The mechanical properties and microstructure of TLP joint was analyzed. In this case, the optimal bonding temperature of T91/102 dissimilar steel piples is 1250℃.
