X-ray Detection of Laser Weldments with Complex Structure

摘要 探讨了适于复杂结构激光焊件的检测方法,论证了其内部缺陷的检测方案。采用多视角成像法实现了该结构的无损检测,通过理论分析和试验确定了检测时所需的最佳旋转角度和其它工艺参数,并获得了含有微小缺陷的检测图像。采用双丝法标示了焊缝区在检测图像上的位置,证明了图像高亮度区内的小白点为焊缝中的缺陷。 The detection methods of laser weldments with complex structure were discussed, and the detection scheme of its inner defects was demonstrated in this paper. The nondestructive testing of the above structure was achieved by using the method of multiple view imaging, the optimal rotation angle and other detection parameters were determined by using the method of combination theoretical analysis with actual experiments, and the detection images which contain the tiny defects were obtained. In addition, the location of weld zones was marked by using the method of twin-wire, and that little white dots in the high brightness zones are the defects in weld was proved.
