尼龙芯盒激光烧结快速成型工艺与性能

摘要 采用溶剂沉析法制备了复合尼龙基料,对其改性处理后获得适合于选择性激光烧结用的复合尼龙粉末。通过正交实验对复合尼龙粉末的烧结工艺进行研究,得到优化的烧结工艺参数,在此基础上经过后处理工艺制作了砂型铸造用尼龙芯盒。应用表明,尼龙芯盒应用效果好、制造工艺简单、生产周期短。 Nylon composite powder was prepared by modification of nylon the basic material that was prepared by the method of solvent settling out. With the orthogonal experiment method, the sintering process of nylon composite powder was optimized. On this basis, the casting nylon core box was achieved after post treatment. The results indicate that the core box has good application effect, simple production process and short production cycle.
