Before a strong earthquake happens, the astronomical time and latitude residuals appear to have apparent anomalies, which has been confirmed by many seismological events both in China and other countries. But so far nobody has carried out the analyses and forecasts of a strong earthquake by means of residuals of astronomic time and latitudes before it happens.
