必需离子在大鼠脑不同功能部位的分布

摘要 用快速脑灌流的方法清除大鼠脑内血液,取出脑实质的9个功能部位,测量其中的20种阳离子。结果,(1)在20种阳离子中,可测到12种,其中11种在脑不同功能部位的分布是不均匀的。这11种阳离子在脑垂体、下丘脑、丘脑和大脑皮质的白质的浓度显著高于其它部位,尤其在脑垂体;(2)宏量离子在脑内的分布从高到低依次为钾、磷、钠、镁和钙;(3)微量离子在脑内的分布从高到低依次为铝、铁、锌、铬、钡和锰。 Twenty cations were analyzed in nine defined brain regions in the rats by means of Inductively Coupled Plasma Quantometer.We found that 1)Twelve of the twenty cations can be measured and eleven of th them were distributed differently in the brain;2)The levels of the eleven cations were significantly higher in the pituitary, thalamus,hypothalamus,and the white matter of the cortex,compared to other regi- ons in the brain;3)The sequential distributions(from high to low)of the macro ions in the brain are potassium,phosphorous,sodium,magnesium,and calcium;4)The sequential distributions of the micro ions in the brain are aluminum,iron,zinc,Chr- omium,Copper and Manganese.In this paper,the concentrations of eleven cations were shown to vary specifically in different regions of the rat brain and to relate to certain functions associated with these regions.
