本文使用一种测定α—磷酸甘油脱氢酶(α—GPD)活性的实验方法。本法其准确性较好,稀释实验和重复实验均符合要求,对大鼠肝、肺、肾、心、脑组织线粒体α—GPD 活性的测定结果与文献报道基本相符。
