抗心律失常新药——苯环唑啉
摘要
苯环唑啉(Cibenzoline),其化学式为2—(2,2—二苯基—环丙基)咪唑啉丁二酸盐。该药化学结构与目前应用的抗心律失常药完全不同,是一个新的抗心律失常药。它对预激综合征合并室上性心律失常和抑制室性早搏有效,预防室性心动过速(VT)其效果相似普鲁卡因酰胺。
