摘要
调查分析了一些特殊钢厂的钢锭退火工艺规范。发现许多工厂中钢锭退火工艺陈旧,加热温度过高,保温时间太长,造成耗能、费时,生产率低。文中从加热温度,升温速度,保温时间,冷却速度等方面进行了分析研究,指出了退火工艺参数合理制订的方向。
The ingot annealing technology in some alloying steel plant have been investigated.The result de- noted that ingot annealing techology in these plants is stale,and heating temperature is too high,and holding temperature time is too long,consequently the heating energy have been wasted and the pro- ducing rate is lower.In this paper,the heating temperature,thd heating rate,the holding temperature time and the cooling rate and so on were studied,and the direction to formulate technology parameters is denoted
