鲢鱼下丘脑-垂体神经分泌系统的结构研究

摘要 通过对鲢鱼的下丘脑—垂体神经分泌系统的组织学结构及神经垂体的超微结构的研究发现,鲢鱼的视前核由大细胞部和小细胞部组成;侧结节核由前部、后部、下部及外侧部组成;神经垂体中有3种A型和1种B型及1种C型神经分泌纤维。 This paper studies the histological structure of the hypothalamo-hypophysial neurosecretory system and the ultrastructure of the neurohy-pophysis of Hypophthalmichthys molitrix, discovering that the nucleus preopticus(NPO) is composed of the pars magnocellularis and the pars parvocellularis,that the nucleus lateralis tuberis (NLT) can be divided into four parts: thepars anterioris, the pars posterioris, the pars inferioris and the pars lateralisand that three types A, one type B and one type C neurosecretory fibres exist inthe neurohypophysis.
